At the MMRF Store, you will find a variety of hand-picked items available for sale to honor yourself or someone special while supporting the MMRF in its efforts to bring new treatments to patients and find a cure. One hundred percent of all proceeds from sales go directly to the MMRF.

Our goal is to provide quality goods that represent the MMRF and its mission to our customers. You may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Beyond 30 days, our products are guaranteed against defects for one year.

Shipping Information

Please allow up to 24-hours for order processing. Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days with delivery times ranging from 3 - 7 business days.

  • Monday - Friday delivery only
  • Items typically ship via UPS Ground or Priority Mail / All PO box addresses ship via US Postal Service
  • Currently, express shipping is not available. Please email CustomerService@themmrf.org for questions about delivery times.
  • If you are interested in shipping items outside of the US, please email CustomerService@themmrf.org with details and we will happily provide you with a quote.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition to be accepted for returns/exchange (unless defective). Beyond 30 days, our products are guaranteed for one year against defects.

Please complete the Exchange / Return Form included in your order and enclose it with your return / exchange. If you did not receive a form with your order, please print,fill out, and return this Return / Exchange Form (Acrobat PDF).

As the MMRF is a non-profit Foundation, the cost of shipping an item back to the MMRF is the responsibility of the customer. (Note: exceptions to this policy are made for defective items or shipping errors made by the MMRF). If you believe you have been sent the wrong item, please contact Customer Service at CustomerService@themmrf.org and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Please note that on all exchange requests you will be refunded for the item you return and then charged for the new item when it ships out to you. For returns, please allow one week from the time item is received by our warehouse for the credit to appear on your credit card.
