2012 TD Five Boro Bike Tour

May 6, 2012

Each year, the first Sunday in May, tens of thousands of riders head out for a 40-mile cycling tour of the five boroughs of New York City on car-free roads. This event, the TD Five Boro Bike Tour, begins in Lower Manhattan, cruises through Central Park, and into historic Harlem and the Bronx. After crossing into Queens and traversing Brooklyn, cyclists take over the highway before making the thrilling climb up—and down—the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. The ride finishes on Staten Island where you can celebrate your accomplishment at the outdoor festival at Ft. Wadsworth.

The TD Five Boro Bike Tour is one of the most popular athletic events in the Tri-State area. The 2011 event sold out in just a few days. The MMRF has a limited number of guaranteed entries. Join us and claim yours! This is a great event to do with friends and is NOT a race—it is a long and fun tour/ride to enjoy and do at your own pace.

Team members pay $100 when they sign up for the MMRF Team. This fee covers the cost of the event registration, an MMRF team shirt, and other amenities. Go for the MVP level and experience this race as a VIP!
