The Falmouth Road Race celebrates its 39th running in 2011. More than 10,000 runners will gather at the starting line in Woods Hole for a 7-mile run with a finish at the beach in Falmouth Heights. This famous race is available to the public only via a lottery system, so these bibs are precious! The Falmouth Road Race attracts many of the world's elite runners, though the essence of the event remains a fun run. Back-of-the-pack joggers share the road with the fastest runners, forming a tapestry of colors that is woven into the fabric of summer in Cape Cod.
