Take the ultimate vertical challenge and earn your bragging rights!
It’s nearly impossible to get an entry into this famous New York Road Runners race that climbs 1,576 steps to the top of this historic NYC landmark. As the benefiting charity, the MMRF will field a team of 100 adventurous athletes for this "vertical marathon." Corporate teams of three will compete for two coveted awards: The "Spirit of Giving Cup" to recognize the team with the highest fundraising total and the "NYC Triumph Cup" to be presented to the team with the fastest combined time. Individual awards for fastest male and fastest female, as well as the top fundraiser, will also be awarded.
The MMRF has a very limited number of race entries available for this event. When selecting the team, special consideration will be given to athletes who have a direct connection to multiple myeloma through a patient or through their work and/or who are committed to raise funds beyond the minimum outlined below.
