For patients with multiple myeloma, a cure cannot come soon enough. That is why we are doing everything we can to bring patients new treatments and help us reach our ultimate goal – a cure for multiple myeloma – that much faster.

With record numbers of patients and families living with multiple myeloma, we took our commitment to the next level with the launch of FFWD2MMCURE, an aggressive and ambitious initiative to raise $5 million by the end of 2011.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the MMRF realized its 2011 research funding requirements. We are especially thankful to everyone who stepped forward in November and December in response to the amazing million-dollar matching challenge from the Elsey family and Precious Cat.

FFWD2MMCURE will make the most of each dollar donated by supporting high-priority research programs that have the most potential to extend patients lives and are on our focused path toward a cure. All of us at the MMRF thank you again for taking action as vital partners in helping to make a defining difference in the lives of patients today and for all those who will be diagnosed in the future.

As we look back over the last 12 months, we could not be more honored by what you have helped us to accomplish.
